Scope of Work: Building painting, removal and replacement of light gauge metal framing, exterior wall sheathing, waterproofing, and exterior wall stucco finishes along exterior window drops, window removal and reinstallation or replacement, balcony guardrail replacement, balcony waterproofing, removal and replacement of concrete stairway landings, repair of metal stairway stringers, reinforced concrete repair and stucco repair.

Engineering Services Provided: Condition Survey, Restoration Project Manual, Bidding and Negotiation Services, Construction Administration, and Threshold Inspections.
